At Marie's summer table

Marie's interest in bread is far from new. She often compares the process to the development of volumes and characters of the iconic creations of the Atelier collections. A touch of innovation, a pinch of know-how and a few drops of determination gives a perfect result every time.
After many tries, it is these Keto Bread and Garlic Bread recipes that she has chosen to share with you. Do not become a baker who wants to… patience is often to be added to the ingredients to obtain crumbs worthy of bakeries.

Keto bread

Ingredients :

1 cup almond flour

2 tablespoons of coconut flour

3 tablespoons of psyllium powder

3 tablespoons of black chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon of salt

2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast

1 tablespoon of xathan gum

1 cup of greek yogurt plain

1 egg

1/2 cup white eggs

  Preparation :

1. Mix all dry goods
2. Add the eggs mix and add greek yogurt
3. Let rest for 15 minutes
4. Form to desire shape
5. Add sesame seeds and/or pumpkin seeds on top.

Put in oven for 50 minutes at 350 degrees

* You can be creative with the Keto bread and add whatever you are inspired by before shaping the bread, like unsweetened chocolate chips or caramelized pecan nuts and brown sugar swerve (keto) or cinnamon
Make sure you don't add sugar in it though to remain Keto.

Garlic bread

Ingredients :

1 cup Mozzarella

1/2 cup Almond flour

2 tbs Cream cheese

1 tbs of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of baking soda

  Preparation :

1. Microwave for one minute
2. Add one big egg and Mix well and place a parchment paper shape you like
3. In a bowl melt it tbs of butter with I glove of fresh garlic and parsley and 1 tbs of Parmesan, Spread over the bread
4. Cook at 400 for 15 minutes and Slice
