During the development of collections, there are days when we don't necessarily have time to properly sit down for a quiet lunch. When this is the case, more often than not, Marie often opts for her ricotta dip, which she accompanies with seasonal vegetables. Here's how to prepare it:

 
Ingredients :


Ricotta cheese


Chopped parsley (to taste)


Toast


Olive oil (to taste)

  Preparation :

1. Using a blender, combine the ricotta cheese with olive oil until very smooth and even.
2. Divide the cheese mousse in a bowl and cover with an olive oil coulis
3. Add the chopped parsley (to taste) and season.
4. Serve with a slice of toast and seasonal vegetables.
