Return Policy

Our return policy only applies to clothing bought online. The fragrances are not refundable. Marie Saint Pierre will refund any unworn or defective clothing bought online with the original tags attached within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment. Please return the clothes in the original package.

Clothing bought in Maison Marie Saint Pierre physical store can be exchanged under 14 days. A credit note can be given at your convenience and is valid for 1 year.

 
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment (i.e. same credit card) within five business days. You will be notified, via email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account once it has received the refund confirmation from Maison Marie Saint Pierre.

 
Please contact e-boutique@mariesaintpierre.com for a return/exchange authorization number. This email must be forwarded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have received your product (this delay is determined based on the delivery date tracked by Purolator). We will not accept a return/exchange request past the 14-day deadline. Please securely pack and seal the returned items with the original tags attached. We recommend to keep the tracking number issued by the carrier company.

All products purchased through one of our independent retailers, must be returned to the store in which they were purchased. We cannot dictate or intervene in independent store exchange or return policies.
