Job Title: Wholesale Representative

Under the supervision of the Wholesale Manager, the wholesale representative will be responsible for the development of new accounts and / or markets (USA, Western Canada and Europe).

You will be responsible for ensuring the loyalty, satisfaction and growth of the sales volume for current and future customers in a given territory as well as its development.

Responsibilities and Objectives

  • Participation in the strategy of sales development, optimization of sales
  • Prospecting and development of new accounts and / or markets;
  • Updating the database for prospection;
  • Proposed sales and development strategies;
  • Showrooms search;
  • Prepare the sales period in the US market and Canada (west)
  • Confirming appointments with new contacts Search agents in USA and other international markets Visiting customers and prospects
  • Daily monitoring of the client portfolio; Product positioning and competitive intelligence; Analysis of sales by commercial area;  
  • Showroom presentation of new collections to customers;
  • Preparation of sales periods and sales equipment;
  • Participating in trade fairs and sales events  

 

Competence and Qualification:

  • College diploma or studies at university level in fashion, marketing or business administration;
  • 3 to 5 years experience in fashion and sales;
  • Knowledge in the USA market,
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel and ease in the use of computer software;
  • High oral and writing communication skills in French and English;
  • Positive stress management;
  • Available to travel outside the city;
  • Strong interest in fashion and the luxury industry.
