How do you place an order?

What forms of payment are accepted for purchases made online?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Paybright.

How can I verify the status of my order?

Click on “Login” at the top right corner of any page.

In the dashboard, you will have access to your latest orders and their statuses.

You will find a tracking link in the confirmation email you have received right after your order. This link leads you to a dedicated Purolator or UPS website.

Can I modify or cancel an order once it’s been submitted?

Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled. You must return the item to receive a refund. For an exchange, you will also need to return the item to receive a refund and process a new order for the requested item.

How do I know my payment is secure?

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure Maison Marie Saint Pierre uses VeriSign® Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. Once you click on the "Checkout" button, then the SSL is enabled and you will see a padlock at the top of your browser. You can click on this padlock to find out additional information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

Tax charges are based on applicable federal, provincial and harmonized sales tax rates based on the delivery address associated with your order. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the sales tax you paid for that item.

Sales tax is not currently charged for international orders but duty rates may apply. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Where can I buy Marie Saint Pierre’s products?

-Ready-to-wear collection
The clothing collection is available in our boutiques as well as on our online boutique. To find an independent retailer in your area, please visit the points of sale section.
-Fragrances collection
The fragrances are exclusively sold in our boutiques, on our online boutique.
-Habitat collection
Our Habitat collection for the house is solely available on special order.
-Bridal collection
Our bridal collection is solely available on special order.



Which carrier do you use?

Shipments are made via Purolator within Canada and UPS in the United States.

Can my billing and shipping addresses be different?

Yes, your billing address can be different from your shipping address. During the checkout process, you will first be asked to enter your billing address. However, your billing address must match the address associated with the credit card that you are using to complete your purchase. You will then be asked to enter the shipping address, which corresponds to the location to which you want your purchase delivered.

Can I request that the same order be shipped to different addresses?

Not at the moment. Items in the same order cannot be delivered to more than one address.

Can I request that my order be shipped to a Marie Saint Pierre boutique?

You can choose to have your order shipped to a Marie Saint Pierre boutique to take advantage of a free delivery. During the checkout process, simply search for and select the Marie Saint Pierre boutique where you would like your order to be shipped.

You will be notified by Marie Saint Pierre via email once your order will have been delivered to the specified store location. You have 10 days following the Marie Saint Pierre delivery notice to pick-up your order in the store.

To pick-up your order, you will need to present the invoice that was sent to you by email, and a valid photo ID.
IMPORTANT - Items purchased online and picked up in a Marie Saint Pierre store can only be returned to a store. They cannot be returned to the Marie Saint Pierre online store.



Our return policy only applies to clothing. The fragrances are not refundable.

Maison Marie Saint Pierre will refund any unworn or defective clothing with the original tags attached within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment. Please return the clothes in the original package.

What are the return terms?

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment (i.e. same credit card) within five business days. You will be notified, via email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account once it has received the refund confirmation from Maison Marie Saint Pierre.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please email your order confirmation number and your name to e-boutique@mariesaintpierre.com for a return/exchange authorization number.

This email must be forwarded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have received your product (this delay is determined based on the delivery date tracked by Purolator). We will not accept a return/exchange request past the 14-day deadline. Please securely pack and seal the returned items with the original tags attached.

Can Marie Saint Pierre product purchased through Marie Saint Pierre online be returned to an independent retailer or to Marie Saint Pierre’s boutiques?

No. All products purchased through mariesaintpierre.com must be returned according to the return policy above. Please contact e-boutique@mariesaintpierre.com for additional information.

Can Marie Saint Pierre product purchased through an independent retailer be returned through Maison Marie Saint Pierre online?

No. All products purchased through one of our independent retailers, must be returned to the store in which they were purchased. We cannot dictate or intervene in independent store exchange or return policies.
