environmental and ethical conscience through its processes ranging from sourcing, to product
development, including production, and even shipping. The House works with accredited European
partners, thus preserving the environmental impact and limiting the ecological footprint. The pieces
are made on demand avoiding overproduction. Imagined in a workshop where more than 60 people
work, the collections are available in its flagship stores located in Montreal, Miami, online and in more
than 70 points of sale specializing in luxury ready-to-wear in America.

Maison Marie Saint Pierre is currently looking for a Sales Consultant to fill a position in its stores in
Downtown Montreal (2081 Rue de la Montage) and at the Rockland Center (2305 Chemin
Rockland).

Responsibilities

The main mission of the advisor is to participate in the achievement of sales objectives. He supports
customers in the Maison's points of sale, making sure to represent a high-end image, both in terms of
interpersonal skills and appearance.

Full time 4-5 days (days, evenings, weekends)

Tasks

-Ensures that the Maison is well represented to customers by offering a luxury
experience and by being a brand ambassador;
-Achieved the sales objectives set;
-Ensures the reception of customers and advises them by providing exceptional
service at all times in store, on the phone or by e-mail;
-Ensures customer loyalty by maintaining strong quality relationships and
performing regular follow-ups;
-Participate in all activities of a store's operations: invoicing, payment, inventory
management, maintenance of the customer database, etc.
-Take part in the marketing of products, the good running of the store and other
daily task.

Skills

-At least 2 years of experience related to customer service and retail sales;
-Knowledge and keen interest in fashion and the luxury clothing industry;
-Related training or equivalent experience
