than 70 points of sale specializing in luxury ready-to-wear in America.

Job description

Sale

-Receive, invoice and send orders;
-Optimize sales by clients and prospect for new clients;
-Participate in the optimization of the order packaging process, from a personalized and high-end perspective;
-Participate in the optimization of a personalized process for proposing complementary creations;
-Participate in customer loyalty by using personalized follow-ups

-Integrate new products into the online store;
-Ensure the optimization of the different sections of the product pages, for example "perfect accomplices";
-Update the different sections of the online store;
-Update inventory daily and adjust monthly;

WEB PHOTO SESSION

-Coordinate the recovery of creations to be photographed;
-Create inspiration boards;
-Ensure the representation of parts faithful to the spirit of the brand from a commercial perspective;
-Carry out an active watch of the competition and stay abreast of novelties in the e-commerce sector;

Skills

-At least 2 years of experience related to customer service and retail sales;
-Knowledge and keen interest in fashion and the luxury clothing industry;
-Related training or equivalent experience
-Multitask
