Ingredients :

½ pink grapefruit, sliced

½ cup of ice cubes

Sparkling water (St. Justin or homemade)

Fleur de sel (a pinch)


1/3 cup brown sugar

½ cup of water

Juice of ½ a pink grapefruit

1/4 cup of lime juice


The recipe is simple. Prepare the syrup by bringing the water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Then add the lime and grapefruit juice and let it sit for 15 minutes. Place the ice cubes at the bottom of a whiskey glass. Pour 2 tablespoons of homemade syrup into your glass and top it off with your sparkling water. Add a pinch of fleur de sel and cut a few slices of grapefruit; one as a garnish, the others in the glass. Mix well.
Now sit outside with a good book and an aperitif!
